Launch Quick Assist
Already have a session code? Open Quick Assist now and enter it when prompted.
Quick Assist is a free Microsoft tool for Windows 10 and 11. Both people need a Microsoft account.
How it works
Contact us to schedule
Request a session below, or call us if you already have an appointment booked.
Open Quick Assist
Press Windows key + Ctrl + Q, or search “Quick Assist” in the Start menu. Mac users can download it from the Microsoft Store.
Select Get help
On the Quick Assist start screen, choose the “Get help” option.
Enter the 6-digit code
Type the security code our technician gives you, then select Share screen.
Choose Allow
When asked to share your screen, select Allow. You stay in control the whole time.
End when we're done
When the session is finished, select End to disconnect instantly.
Stay safe. Never share your Quick Assist code with anyone who contacted you unexpectedly. We only start a session after you request help. We will never ask for your passwords or bank details.
